Last Month the Japanese try to retrive this mod a little bit more. They played in the at 2pm CET. At the moment the gametracker,com Server Monitorring is off. Hope soon they turn it on. The ranking seems to work.
look at richs tutorial that i posted. copying folders is a tiny bit of the job. use that guide to make sure things are setup correctly.

you can't scale the stratos without re exporting the car, and coding new positioning and yea it's a complex job really. YOu may be able to scale statics through code or editor42 but it wont work for vehicles

I looked at rich's tutorial and everything is as it should be, is there a path im missing? for FlaMiN heres a link to the map http://www.mediafire.com/?3yyzoitj3yd note: im just using the map to test if the rcc cars will work as slick said that new cars on old an map wont bring as many players as a new map with new cars.
I took a look at your map.. kinda looked ok until i realised i have done things in a very non standard way in the rcc mod. There are no object spawners as such.. the cars are attached to the 'buggy_spawn_support' object. this object basically spawns 'buggyred' which has 8 different random bodies for all the cars. you need to copy over all the objects folders for the cars and the buggy spawn support object.
But this it will get messy to do this and get it working properly..
buggy views are setup to show the welcome screen for rcc mod etc.
AND... before you go any further its worth pointing out that these cars DON'T drive on static objects like stunt pieces etc.. they will only drive on the heightmap.. anything else and they fall through. This is due to the setup i did in 3dmax to force the 'rcc feeling' to the cars.
you are in a world of pain with this im afraid.. but in all honesty if you can figure this one out you will learn A LOT about custom stuff and modding...
easier option is to take the one from streets_rcc instead... I think that one might even drive on stuff if you adjust the suspension when in game

will it support the cars from streets rcc? and how do i put the cars so they spawn with the spawner? I opened the objectspawns.con in streets rcc and it shows you used regular objects spawns. sorry for so many questions lol, and hopefully i can get these cars to work in game. I would like to use the easier way by using the stratos from streets rcc. i think my originl problem was i dont know how to spawn them
firstly dont do any of the following in Battlecrap. you dont need it. just use winrfa
easiest way to understand this is to extract both streets and streets_rcc to seperate folders on the desktop then take a look at both and compare the differences.. anything that is added to streets_rcc should be added to your deathrace map (start with a new deathrace so its clear..)
anyway.. make a new folder on desktop called deathrace and then with winrfa extract the original deathrace map to this folder.
also make a streets_rcc folder on desktop and extract that map too.
from streets_rcc copy the entire texture (not textures) folder, the standardmesh folder, sounds and the objects folder to your deathrace map.
now (in your deathrace map) open all the con files in the objects folder and change anything that says 'streets_rcc' to 'deathrace' (if required at all..)
make sure you have added the run objects/objects line to your maps init.
open the objectspawntemplates.con in deathrace and find the stratosvigi and stratosking
You can leave the 'stratosvigispawner' and 'stratoskingspawner' alone.. just change the 'stratosvigi' or 'stratosking' to 'buggyred'
now make sure you have made a copy of the original deathrace as a backup. (put it on desktop or somewhere safe..)
now you can pack the map as deathrace and you should have rcc cars instead.
to rename the map again, dont use Battlecrap.. instead just change any instance of 'deathrace' to 'deathrace_rcc'
you need to change this in the main init.con and in the init folder open terrain.con to change it in there too. you also need to change the maps name of course.. tha main folder that holds everything.
