Last Month the Japanese try to retrive this mod a little bit more. They played in the at 2pm CET. At the moment the gametracker, com Server Monitorring is off. Hope soon they turn it on. The ranking seems to work.
I am having lots of troubles trying to pack my new map into rfa format. (I used to be able to do it with my old map but not anymore). Anyway ive tried every rfa packing tool I can think of and tried to work it out on my own but i'm having no luck. I can make an rfa file form my map using winrfa but it doesnt work ingame and in BC it says the map is missing key files needed to load. Thank you for any help/suggestions.
First of all, i recommend WinRFA, very simple, and works perfect. Now.. before you start trying to pack, you level needs to be in a dir like this bf1942/levels/<level name>/ So, if when you extracted, you made a folder, so its like <name>/bf1942/levels/<level name> Then you need to open the <name> folder, click on bf1942, click copy, then goto your desktop and paste. So now, you have a folder on your desktop named bf1942, in that folder you have levels, and in that folder you have your maps folder.
Now to packing. Open WinRFA, click pack > directory. Then choose desktop, and choose your bf1942 folder. Then keep it as it is, base directory = bf1942. Then choose where to put the .rfa, choose desktop and type the name of your level, do not put .rfa on the end, and dont use spaces. Click Ok. When it says XXX Files packed successfully, close winrfa, then goto your desktop, and put the .rfa in your levels folder.
