If you want to run a dedicated server, download the dedicated version of BF1942, and then copy your Mods/Interstate folder from your PC over to the server mods folder.

Its something I coded myself called LGSL, its freely available from my site www.greycube.com or www.e107coders.org, but you need to be running www.e107.org website management.
