Last Month the Japanese try to retrive this mod a little bit more. They played in the at 2pm CET. At the moment the gametracker,com Server Monitorring is off. Hope soon they turn it on. The ranking seems to work.
Someone should make a mod based on San Andreas examples - teams- grove street vs Ballas wepons- Tec9, Ak47, micro SMG, 9mm Maps, Los Santos, San Feirro, Los Ventures cars- greenwood(Sweets car), monster truck, planes from San Andreas, heli's from San Andreas Skins- Grove street= the one with long hair, baggy tan pants, and green button down shirt. Ballas= any kind of one.
there is one problem, though. SIZE. you COULD try cramming the entire san andreas map into a large size map, but large maps are mainly meant to be pacific (mostly marine). plus, the entire map of san andreas is .dff models, no phsical land map, like the .raw maps of bf1942. also, the san andreas engine was designed to accept models above 50,000 polys, so all the shit will lag like hell.
plus when you load the models, they don't come preassembled in the location they sit in, you'll have to arrange ALL the models by hand. the gant bridge from san andreas was in dff format, but it was in pieces. the reason for this is because san andreas has a load-on-the-fly environment system, which loads parts of a model as you approach them, and unloads them when you get a certain distance away, to minimize CPU usage. bf1942 maps are solid-state loaded, meaning the models are always there, no matter where u go. and this will create extreme cpu clutter <span class='smallblacktext'>[ Edited 06 Jul : 04:30 ]</span>

it's not copying the sa game but more like making a mod that resembles it, cities, cars, modern guns, gangs rather than armies. it's just the idea we're after
