Last Month the Japanese try to retrive this mod a little bit more. They played in the at 2pm CET. At the moment the gametracker,com Server Monitorring is off. Hope soon they turn it on. The ranking seems to work.
it seems as though god does not want BB3 to hit the server...more problems.
if you saw the renders of the buggy in my thread in IS Only, you saw i made custom rims for it. well, Skins unwrapped/skinned them for me, but i noticed when i got them back from him, there were some messed up faces, and i noticed the "spokes" were different looking. i checked, and the poly count had doubled exactly. i thought maybe it was something he had done, but after checking, it happened when i exported it.
now when i sent it to him, i exported it from .max to .3ds. so i opened the original, unskinned rims and tried a direct export to sm format. same thing happened.
can someone tell me why its doing this to my rim when i export it?
i tried exporting another tim i had made before, and all it did was mess up a few faces, but didnt otuch the poly count...??
i hope someone can answer this or help me fix the rims, as its beyond me.
well Flamin, i decided to keep the higher poly rims. Skins and Rubba tested it on a server that i think Skins hosted, and they reported no lag.
ive set the spawn for them up so each team has 2 spawns, and once one is taken from the spawn, another quickly spawns in its place. i hope this will reduce any lag that may occur.
im sorry ace, but i dont understand what you mean by that. the rim is one whole model, and it uses one texture file for a skin.
